All I want for Christmas...

Jemma makes us laugh with her vocabulary and imigination! I asked her yesterday what she wanted for Christmas and she replied, "A rainbow." Oh, goodness... I had to think about that one! My reply was that Mommy can't give her an actual rainbow. I told her we could draw a picture or look for one in a book, but that rainbows are made in the sky when it rains. And as much as I wish I could make it rain, I do not have that power. On Saturday, she told Jim that she wanted a raindeer. He explained that a raindeer's antlers would not fit through our doorway. Besides, a raindeer wouldn't be happy kept inside.

I love her age for her innocence and general happy attitude. I love the questions and curiosity... and oh how I wish I had her energy! This Christmas is going to be fun with the kids!!! :)

I have been so busy that I haven't blogged in over 2 weeks. I miss blogging. So, there will be a couple of posts tonight after the kids are in bed... the Christmas cards are going to be late anyway and many gifts will just have to be in bags...

Here is Jemma at the hanger when she and Daddy went to see Santa arrive in the Superhornet. The dress is from GrandMary and I bought the sweater at Gymboree... isn't she just so cute?!?

Hee! A rainbow. I love it! :o)

Ella wants broccoli and birthday candles for Christmas. I can't remember the odd things Han asked for, but I'm sure there were some. :o) Glad you're back, I've missed you, even if I don't comment every day...

HUGS!
