Tracy came to visit us on Friday, 7/25. She arrived just in time for a delicious lunch of corn, snaps and tomato sandwhiches... I knew a fellow Southern girl would not mind such a basic lunch! :) I do love yummy fresh summer food! :) We played outside Friday night... the kids love sidewalk chalk and the broom!
On Saturday, we went to the beach. We all played in the sand and at the water's edge. The kids had such fun!
After lunch, James went down for a nap. Jemma, Tracy and I we went to the neighbor's pool. We weren't there very long when James woke, so he joined us too! We all had fun swimming and splashing. 
At 5, we fed then bathed the kids. James was exhausted and ready for bed at 6:30! The sitter arrived at 6:30 and Tracy and I headed to dinner with Chris. We had a very good dinner at the Oceanfront. It was so relaxing to sit at the restaurant and listen to the waves and people watch. I called to check on the kids and Jemma was asleep before 7:30. They had such a fun, fun day and were both exhausted!Sunday morning after breakfast, Tracy and I put the kids in the jogging stroller and went for a long walk. We went to the park in Back Bay and all was wonderful until James pooped... I had not carried wipes or diapers... and he HATES being in a dirty diaper. He cried/screamed most of the way home. I was very sad when Tracy had to leave... hopefully, she will return soon! :) We all like Tracy's sporty new red Toyota!

Sounds like a wonderful time! I'm glad you and the kids seem to be keeping busy with lots of fun things for the summer.
