We had a lovely Labor Day! Jim spent quality time with the kids while I went to the gym. After I returned, Jim and Jemma began working on the paper chain to help us count down the days until Jim returns. 
Then, we all played and had lunch together. Ever since Daddy fixed (aka put new batteries in) her camera, Jemma has been taking a deleting pictures!
After lunch, Jim went into work for a little while and then we went to the beach. It was a beautiful, sunny warm day!

I didn't take toys because it was meant to be a quick trip, so Jemma found a piece of wood and used it to dig. James used a shell.
Then, the fearless boy headed for the water...
