I posted that cute little story about Jemma playing with Claire. I had almost forgotten about it until Jim mentioned that his previous skipper may be interested in tickets for VT games this season since his son was accepted. That conversation made me realize that Jim will miss this whole season. Then I started thinking... I need to find a brave/crazy person to go with me to take the kids to Hokie Bird's birthday and football game. Jemma has been every year and she loves getting to see Hokie Bird and then to attend the game. Of course, I want to take James too. I just know that I don't have the patience and strength to handle both kids without my husband...
Now, I am off to enjoy some cuddle time with my husband while he is home... I'll post about our excursion this afternoon to the ship to drop off Jim's stuff later! (Jemma loved seeing the aircraft carrier!)

Do you happen to know that date of the game off-hand? I know we'll have season tickets that we split with Mom and Dad but we typically get the Kid's Club game.
If we do get it, B and I would LOVE to meet up with you and help out. let me know.
