It happened... James sat up all by himself! He has been trying for a couple of days and came really close while we were at the BOQ in Annapolis, but he really did it today! He was so happy with himself. He goes from laying flat on his tummy, to pushing up on his knees, then to sitting upright. Today is also the first day where I don't rush to put a pillow or something behind him... before today he had a horrible habit of flinging himself backward from a sitting position, but now he has really found his balance!
Jemma had fun in school. She came home singing a new song "Pumpkins grow on vines..." sung to the "Farmer in the Dell" tune. She really does love school. I did have to wake her for school this morning... she was a tired little girl!
