Stimulating the Economy...

A friend offered me part of her GymBucks. Honestly, my kids do not need any more clothes, with two exceptions. Jemma needs some new socks and James could really use another pair of PJs. (The sock fairy has visited and taken many of Jemma's socks lately... I wish I knew where they keep disappearing to! And James can't seem to keep PJs clean for more than one night...I'm constantly washing his pajamas!) However, when I went into the store, there were a few more items that I just could not resist! And there was nothing for James that even remotely interested me... boys things are just not as cute/appealing.

The witch hat was only $5... who can resist a cute witch hat?Jemma loves, loves, loves to dress up. I would never spend $34.50 on this ballerina costume, but it was on sale and with the GymBucks, it was only $9.75! They didn't have the ballerina slippers in her size, so I think I'll try to find some elsewhere. This coat is beautiful. I debated for several hours before deciding to spend $35 on it! She will wear it to school and church and everywhere else we go this winter. Isn't it lovely?!?She already has a white sweater for school, but can't a girl always use another one?!? I know it isn't "uniform" exactly since it has the pink bows, but I think we can get away with it... $9.75. And of course, the cute socks!James is all boy! Here he has the doll carriage "vrooming" it across the top of the doll house... then he proceeds to fling it off the end, throw his hands into the air and yell, "CRASH!" followed by a cute/evil giggle! I bet GrandMary didn't have that in mind when she bought this for Jemma.

Jemma is doing a ballet move and James is dancing too! James climbing onto the bed.

Poor Bity Baby...

Jemma decided to make her own drums!

Playing outside... the nights are starting to get cool, but the mosquitos are worse than ever!

The kids snuggled on the couch watching the Talking Words Factory before bed.
